Pakistanis launched their own Facebook for Muslims called Millat Facebook!

This is one of the biggest news these days and gaining everyone's attention wherever seen. Yes this is true that Pakistani developers has made and launched their own Facebook made for Muslims and named it Millat Facebook. The word 'Millat' is an Urdu word implies 'The Nation'. A group of six Pakistani Web Developers has developed this 'Facebook Clone' after the social networking site was blocked for showing “blasphemous” images of the Prophet Mohammed (pbuh).

The about page of this site (millatfacebook.com) says:
'Millatfacebook is Pakistan’s very own, first social networking site. A site for Muslims by Muslims where sweet people of other religions are also welcome!!'

The Millatfacebook or MFB developers are working to add more features to the site to make it similar to those of Facebook. There are several similar features right now including Wall, Friends and more.

As per reports the site already has over 4,300 users in the page few days, most of them are Pakistanis. This number may grow further considering that Pakistanis are much willing to contact their friends currently present on Facebook but they have no clue to do so as the Facebook is banned in their country. So they are considering Millat Facebook as the alternative of original Facebook and inviting their friends on their own Facebook.
But don’t expect the same Facebook experience on MFB yet, it still has a long way to match the standards of Facebook, this is also reflected by several current users of the site.
